Siemens Healthcare has issued a new Field Safety Notice concerning a faulty communication between the BUC (Basic Unit Controller) and SCU (Stand Unit Controller) on Iconos R200, respectively the systems Iconos R200, C20, R200, C90, R200, T20 and R200 T90. Under BfArM number 4789/08, Siemens has regarding this issue implemented a software update for Iconos R200 ND about one year ago.
