Imaging Sciences International has issued a Field Safety Notice about corrective actions concerning certain serial numbers of i-CAT Classic dental X-ray System. When the gantry has a low position a malfunction of the brake system may cause the gantry carriage dropping down quickly and possibly contact the patient.
