GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the AW Server picture archiving and communication system. The Results Viewer application of AW Server 1 - Versions aws-1.0-4.0, aws-1.0-4.1, and aws-1.0-4.2 als well as AW Server 2 - Versions aws-2.0-4.0 and aws-2.0-5.0 may mix imaging data between two different patients. A software upgrade will solve the problem.
