Siemens Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of syngo Imaging XS radiologic picture archiving and communication system, version VA70A or higher. For images more than 12 bit pixel depth a miscalculation may be done for the grey scale values. Certain functions should not be used for these images until the software is corrected.
