Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning the required replacement of bolts, which secure the table top, on certain serial numbers of the Brilliance 6, 16, 40, 64, CT Big Bore, iCT and iCT SP CT systems.
The bolts may break of. If all 16 bolts are broken, under certain conditions the table top may tilt or tip over.
