Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning the replacement of the sheet metal multifunction footswitch on Brilliance 6, 10, 16, 40, 64 and Brilliance CT Big Bore systems with a thicker robust plastic multifunction footswitch. Damage to foot switch cover may cause patient support to move in an unintended manner.
