GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a problem with voice recognition system functionality in interactive mode of your Centricity RIS-i system.
When a user starts online dictation and does not dictate, but manually changes report text and then saves the report (by writing, reading, co¬reading or approving), the manually entered text between starting the online dictation and saving the report will be lost (i.e. report will be saved with the content of the saved version). This loss is not obvious to the user.
