Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning issues in the Extended Brilliance Workstation with software versions 4.0.2, 4.5.2 and 4.5.3 which may cause an incorrect display of patient information/annotation and/or misinterpretation. A software update is planned.
