Philips Medical Systems has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a software upgrade required on DigitalDiagnost X-ray systems with software versions 2.0.2 und 2.1.3. Software release 3.0.3 has been installed to modify the appearance of the mirror icon in release 2.0.2, but contains a defect that may result in the incorrect placement of the electronic left/right marker. The new software release 2.1.4 addresses both the original and new issue.
