Siemens AG Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the syngo Workflow MLR with versions VB30C_FP1, VB30E, VB35A und VB36A using with “Portal Radiologist”. In specific workflows it can happen that outdated clinical information (risk factors, lab data, reason, diagnosis) is displayed and saved. The issue will be solved by software updates.
