GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a Series Unique Identifier (UID) issue on Optima CT660, Brivo CT385, Discovery PET/CT 610 and Discovery PET/CT 710 products that may occur when Direct Multi-Planar Reformat (DMPR) series and Screen Saved Images are sent to some PACS systems. Corrective actions are planned.
