Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning software issues on CT systems Brilliance 64 Software version 4.0.0.22621 and Ingenuity, Ingenuity Core, and Ingenuity Core128 SW rev. 4.0.0.25621, which may result in a patient misdiagnosis and a patient rescan and reinjection. A software update is planned.
