GE Healthcare has issued an addendum to the FSN for OEC Uroview X-ray systems sent in January 2013. The problem with incorrect display of Dose Summary Screen only appears if photographic film and digital “Speicherfolie” are used with the system. The recently implemented corrective actions did not correct this issue. The FSN is only available in German.
