Carestream Health has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning DRX-Evolution and KODAK DirectView X-ray systems. There is potential for the motorized Wall Stand Bucky to continue moving downward when releasing the effected Wall Stand keypad button. Corrective actions are planned.
