Siemens informed the user of Mevatron, Primus Plus and Oncor Impression about the potential of increased radiation leakage values concerning the usage of Digital Electron Variable Applicator (DEVA). Siemens will temporarily disable energies of 5 MeV and below for all customers. Configuration which works only with energies of 6 MeV and higher are not affected by deactivation. Therefore, the manufacturer sent two different customer letters away.
