TomoTherapy has issued a Field Safety Notice about a possible error in the irradiation by Hi-type systems with software version 2.2.4, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 und 3.2.1. This issue will be corrected in software versions 3.2.2 und 3.1.4, which are scheduled for release in February 2009 respectively.
