Varian Medical Systems has issued a Field Safety Notice about missing Warning Messages in the Release Note concerning the migration to Varian Inspiration Platform Release 8.0 and above. Users are advised to special attention to the machine configuration after an upgrade because e.g. configurations will be reset to standard configurations.
