Prowess Inc. has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Prowess Panther Radiation Treatment Planning System. The dose in areas beyond the 20 cm radius circle centered at the central axis of the beam may be calculated incorrectly. Updating the in-air profile resolves the problem.
