Varian medical systems has issued a field safety notice concerning an error in calculating multiple carriage group IMRTIntensity Modulated Radiation Therapy fields with AAA (Analytical Anisotropy Algorithm). Affected products are AAA in Eclipse versions 7.3.10 to 8.0 with Dose Calculation Server 7.5.18 through 8.0.05 and Eclipse version 8.1 through 8.6 with Dose Calculation Framework 8.1.17 through 8.6.15 (AAA 7.5.18-8.6.15 inclusive).
