Eckert & Ziegler has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a recall because of a possible malfunction of esophagus applicators. According to internal tests, the Applicator Fixation for Bougie (LAZ01-XX) may not fix the according Bougie Applicator (LAZ02-XX) properly.
