Siemens Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Digital Linear Accelerators PRIMUS, ONCOR and ARTISTE. The screws holding the side rails on the tabletop TT-A or TT-S of the 550 TxT Treatment Table might break off. All potentially affected tabletops are inspected and exchanged, if a deficient mechanical connection of the side rails is detected.
