Elekta has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a safety issue of incorrect dose calculation if Elekta Motorized Wedges be used with Dynamic Conformal XiO®. Dose and Monitor Unit values are not computed correctly when Elekta Motorized Wedges are used with Dynamic Conformal arcs.
