Siemens has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a software error on ACUSON and SONOLINE Antares (product version 4.0 and 5.0) and ACUSON S2000 ultrasound systems. Retrospective clips that are zoomed cannot be accurately measured. Siemens is in the process of releasing a software update.
