The company Ethicon Endo-Surgery notified of a Field Safety Notice for medical devices HPBLUE (HARMONIC Blue Hand Piece and Blue Test Tip) and HP054 (HARMONIC Hand Piece). Defined lot numbers are not compatible with Generator 300 (GEN04). This issue does not affect the EES Generator G11 (GEN11). Affected HARMONIC Hand Pieces may not be used with the Generator 300 (GEN04).
